Burr-free rubber moulded parts

Moulded rubber and rubber-metal parts often have a fine residual burr after production, which is disturbing for further processing or later function.

This flitter or floating-skin-like burr caused by material escaping from the mould worn during the process can be removed easily, quickly and economically with centrifugal disc finishing machines. A positive side effect is the removal of separating additives and the homogenisation of the rubber mould surface.
