During the processes of casting, sawing, laser cutting and machining of metal and plastic parts, sharp burs can remain at the workpiece edges. For safety reasons, as well as for complete automation and excellent haptic, these burs should be removed and edges shall be rounded for further processing and continued use.
In particular, the external contours of workpieces will be deburred with the use of vibratory finishing. The deburring of inner contours can only be achieved with a sufficient movement of abrasives inside the parts.
