The separation of the workpieces and grinding media is an important and often time-consuming step after the finsihing process. More stringent requirements of the customers demand, even for small batch sizes, a reliable separation for screening machines in order to prevent the transfer of unwanted abrasive media.
The Tesepa is a robust and mobile screening machine which can be used as a separation unit for both vibratory and disc finishing machines due to its modular design options. For different filling heights, adapted bunkers with dosing slides are available. With the dosing shutter the feed quantities can be easily adjusted.
Two frequency-controlled vibration motors with adjustable vibration masses and a generously dimensioned screen surface ensure a high separation performance. The two quick-change screens with height-offset support the emptying of scooping parts.
Often it’s needed to remove undersized abrasives from the process so that they do not jam in the workpieces. For this purpose, the undersized media are separated via a second sieve deck, located underneath, into a collecting container, which can be easily emptied.
Bunker, sieves and undersize sieve are easy and quick to change
The control of the Tesepa is already pre-equipped for external control and can be quickly integrated into a machine group
Disc Finishing Machine TE 60R
TE60R – High-performance and efficiency
The new high-performance centrifugal disc finishing machine TE60R with integrated separation unit and media return is very compact and requires less set-up area. Cost-efficient high grinding capacity can be achieved due to wear-resistance Polyurethane-coating of the working container as well as the proven technology of TE60-series from AVAtec. Complete emptying over the separation unit is enabled through the large swivel angle and the supporting rinsing and simultaneous turning of the working containers ´disc.
The frequency-controlled separation unit with an operating length of appr. 1,200 mm provides high separation efficiency and the height-offset quick-changing screens support the total emptying of scooping parts. The separated abrasives will be collected in a bunker underneath the screens and used abrasives will be eliminated via the integrated undersized sieve into a readily accessible collection tray.
Once the separation has been completed, the abrasives within the bunker and separating unit will be raised hydraulically and automatically returned into the working container.
A lifting station for the process liquid return is a firmed component of the TE60NR machine, which therefore can easily be integrated into an existing water recycling plant.
Mass finishing processes are controlled via PLC unit with integrated display, which allows the storage of minimum 30 programs. Therefore material and part-specific operating parameter and – times as well as intensity and times during separation can be stored and prompted when needed. All operating elements are clearly arranged and support the operator.

Trolley for the massfinishing machinesMobile solution for desk machines with space for accessories To complete our range of vibratory finishing machines TE6HD, TE10HD and W10HD we developed a trolley, which contents space for the separation unit, grinding media and canister for compound / water and waste water. The generous adjustment of the machine working height and an extra working area on the top of the trolley provides good ergonomic working conditions. Questions? Please send us an Email
